We provide UN-certified packaging for all 9 non-radioactive IATA hazard classes. - Lithium battery specialty packaging
- Proper hazard class marking, GHS pictograms, and IATA labelling

Same-day turnaround · YYZ Pearson
Fast-Track Repack
Got a shipment rejected at the airline or flagged at Pearson cargo? If you received an airline-issued Notice of Discrepancy (NOD), our rapid-response team provides immediate rescue interventions to bring rejected freight into full compliance and back in the air — often within the same business day. We coordinate directly with airline ground handlers to minimise delays.
- 2–24 hr emergency turnaround for airline rejections & NODs
- Direct coordination with airline cargo teams
- Re-classification of UN numbers if required
- Full replacement documentation & new Shipper's Declaration
IATA Documentation
Incorrect paperwork is the #1 reason dangerous goods shipments are rejected. We prepare, review, and certify all required DG documentation for air (IATA) — and we can sign as the preparing agent on your behalf.
- Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods (IATA DGD)
- Lithium / Sodium Battery Section II Transport Document (AC Cargo)
- TSCA Certification (for US-bound chemical shipments)
- Canada Customs Invoice — CBSA BSF189
Shipper's Declarations, DG manifests, AWB annotations, and ERG sheets
Classification & SDS Review
Not sure if your cargo qualifies as dangerous goods — or if your SDS is accurate enough to rely on? We classify substances across all non-radioactive hazard classes, author and review GHS-compliant Safety Data Sheets, and produce a definitive written ruling so your documentation is airtight before anything is packed or shipped.
- UN number identification & proper shipping name determination
- Packing group assignment & hazard class verification
- PAX vs CAO restriction analysis — written opinion provided
- Full 16-section GHS-compliant SDS authoring from scratch
- Review & update of existing SDS to current GHS Rev. 9 / WHMIS 2015
- Batch authoring for product lines — discounted rate for 5+ SDS
Why it matters: Your SDS is the source document for your UN number, packing group, and hazard class. If the SDS is wrong, your Shipper's Declaration is wrong. A correctly authored SDS can also identify reclassification opportunities — reducing restrictions and freight costs.

Hazard Labelling & Marking
Incorrect or missing labels are one of the top causes of NOD rejections at YYZ. We apply every required IATA hazard label, orientation mark, UN mark, and handling instruction to your shipment — correctly, every time.
- Class 1–9 IATA hazard labels — minimum 100 mm × 100 mm, correctly positioned
- Cargo Aircraft Only (CAO) labels where PAX carriage is prohibited
- Orientation/handling marks — "This Way Up," cryogenic, magnetized material
- UN marks, proper shipping name, net quantity, and shipper/consignee details on outer packaging
- Overpack labels, lithium battery marks (PI 965–970), and dry ice labels (UN 1845)
